Major Duties Uses a variety of avenues to obtain information needed including the Acquisition Requirements Tracking System (ARTS), Army Vantage, and hardcopy contract files.Provides technical advice necessary to accomplish the mission including programs such as ARTS and Army Vantage.Manages updates to existing process maps and manpower models to maintain currency and accuracy as changes occur in missions which affect process standards, and manpower performance data for contract modifications.Answers taskers when possible and directs them to the correct division for action when additional information is required.
Ensures suspense/taskers are properly logged in and coordinated to the appropriate personnel.Develops and presents briefings, reports, guidance, and correspondence.
Written products include trip reports; information and decision papers and briefings; performance work statements; and frequent email traffic, both unclassified and classified.Qualifications/ Specialized Experience This position is in the Professional Work Category at the Full Performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.
