POSITION DUTIES:Review and analyze existing and proposed department projects, policies, procedures, and management activities, conduct a variety of analytical studies, advise management on their impact, and make recommendations.Plan and develop special projects at the request of management to include problem identification, research, analyzing options, statistics analysis, presentation of recommendation, and implementation time frame.Analyze the financial information of the company, its goals, business plans, future ventures, financial status, and market value.Act as coordinator among departments of Accounting, Marketing, Property Management, HR, Project Development, IT Support, and Investment/Financial Analysis, facilitate information sharing among departments, and support board's overall agenda management.REQUIREMENTS:U.S. master's degree or a foreign degree equivalent to a U.S. Master's degree in Business Administration SALARY: $90,000 per year
HOURS: 40 hours/week M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM
