As a MIT, you'll be based onsite at our Indianapolis Headquarters where we have our own Bone Dry University, this is an onsite learning environment, where you will receive the training, and support you need to be successful. You will also travel to our markets for hands-on experience. In our MIT program you'll master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own division or market, cultivate new business and develop your team. Your training will teach you the knowledge to provide proactive solutions for our customers through a reliable and seamless approach.
