Job Responsibilities:Design formulation strategy development and verify experiments, lab notebooks, and online documents.Conduct literature searches, project evaluations, ideation, IP development, summary evaluations, and prepare proposals.Prepare product development, new requirements, and proposals.Coordinate inter-department activities, cross-functional team coordination, and project timelines.Prepare and review PDR reports.Supervise product development, scale-up exhibit, and process validation batch activities.Train team members.Work on new design and creation.Review and respond to post-filing and post-approval market queries.
