These values are the foundation of our organization & lead us to success. We currently have an Asst. Spa Manager position open in a busy spa. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the director in managing the team and provide leadership coaching development and direction to all team members. You will be responsible for ensuring conversion metrics are met on a monthly/quarterly basis and assist in facilitating ongoing training for front desk.
