As our Manager of Biopharma Partnerships, you'll help to establish and grow commercial relationships with key biopharma accounts. This role will require you to become a subject matter expert for highly technical products, drive consensus across cross-functional teams, and think creatively about how best to support our client's varied research questions.

In this role, you'll work closely with our VP of Business Development and a range of cross-functional colleagues to support the biopharma business at Aignostics by:
Becoming a subject matter expert on our technology, products, and servicesServing as alliance manager for at least 2 key client accountsYou will grow and strengthen these relationships, drive visibility for internal and client teams, and help negotiate new commercial agreementsPitching to new clients and proactively identifying new business opportunities via a consultative sales approachWorking with cross-functional colleagues to scope custom client projectsReflecting the voice of the customer in new commercial initiativesAttending conferences to meet with existing and potential clientsCollaborating closely with our Marketing Lead (e.g., on case studies, webinars, etc.) 3+ years of client-facing experience delivering products, services or analyses to biopharma companiesUnderstands biopharma industry dynamics (e.g., org structure, the "value chain," etc.)Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with clientsAble to balance getting "into the weeds" on complex technical / scientific concepts with synthesizing clear, straightforward messagesWell versed in Google Slides and/or Powerpoint (Excel/Sheets are a plus)Collaborative, consensus-based decision-makerHighly detail oriented, organized, and methodicalSelf starter who can navigate a hybrid, transatlantic work environment in which many interactions with colleagues are virtualPrior work in oncology / AI is a big plus, experience with lead generation, pitching, and/or contract negotiation is a plusBased in New York or able to commute to New York a few times per weekFully paid, comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits ($0 premiums!)
