SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

This is a global role that leads in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, standards, and procedures. Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, pay program administration and other associated initiatives. The manager ensures that base pay, incentive pay and performance management program remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. Manages data collection and analysis processes for market, pay equity, and other compensation studies. Manages and/ or contributes in any compensation related projects.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Compensation - Accountable to implement best practices and engage with stakeholders to ensure understanding through advice, support, and training. Research market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation programs.

* Accountable to develop, refine and maintain relevant procedures and processes pertaining to compensation.* Develop Global Standard Policy documents.* Annual Salary Review Planning: The role holder will be accountable to develop and implement guidelines and processes for AGA Global to ensure relevant indices, requirements and economic and other relevant measures are considered. Accountable for regional and consolidated cost of living reporting. The preparation and submission of the global, annual cost of living recommendation to the Compensation Committee.* Annual Salary Review Implementation: The role holder will be accountable to prepare frameworks for salary review implementation per Business Unit (including modelling, guidelines and rules, performance data integration and system outputs). The role holder will also govern and audit this process as per procedure.* Salary Offer Admin: The role holder will be accountable to calculate US new hire packages as and when required and to ensure internal and external equity factors are considered.* Job Evaluation and grading - global accountability for the job grading process* Employee Contract Administration and Maintenance: The role holder will be accountable to develop Employment contracts for all Stratum IV and above (incl. expatriates). This includes ensuring accurate data, changes effected as required and compliance.* Aligning compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract top quality candidates.* Compensation and Human Resources Committee "CompCo": The role holder will support the VP: Performance and Reward with CompCo reporting by preparing Annual Report, 20F, CompCo agendas, papers and meetings through Chief People Officer and Corporate Secretary.* Manage the global market data participation and govern global market data application.* Global Salary Scale methodology - support the education and design for global business as well as governing the existing scales.* Reporting: The role holder will be accountable to create and deliver accurate and relevant reports as and when required to facilitate decision making on compensation trends, budget implications, costs, risks, etc.* Governance - Comply with regional, federal, state and local compensation laws.* Audit- the role holder will ensure that all deliverables, procedures and practices follow the correct processes and have sufficient evidence to meet all audit and SOX requirements associated with the role responsibilities.* Projects - the role holder will be involved in all remuneration related projects.

Performance Management - Manage and implement best practice in performance management principles aligned to business strategy through guidelines, systems, governance and engaging with all stakeholders.

* Develop/maintain methodology of current or upcoming performance practices to ensure organization-wide understanding.* Develop global Standard Policy documents.* Accountable for the performance management process and procedures to ensure its effectiveness at advancing organizational goals and employee performance - including influencing overall strategy, designing process and tools, and ensuring adequate support and training exists for all participants.* Establish a two-way communication channel with management to modify and development policies, processes and delivery of timely communications.* Draft performance efficiency reports, present them to senior HR leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary.* Provides advisory and specialist support and training to end-users to ensure accurate inputs, data integrity and coordinate and manage the calibration process.

Working with the Success Factors team, assure system requirements are documented and communicated for the upcoming performance periods.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Degree and honors in relevant field. CCP Certified. 8 Years Global Compensation experience. HRIS Experience. Advanced Excel Skills.

REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

* 5+ years of experience as a Performance Manager or in a similar position.* Writing skills for Board level documents.* General knowledge of Annual Report, 10K, Proxy, S8.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

This is a full-time, exempt position in the Denver Office

COMPENSATION

Base Salary Range $165,000-$180,000.
