Shift: Monday-Friday; Full-time - Hybrid - 3 days a week at the office The role you'll contribute: The Manager of Corporate Accounts provides marketing counsel and support to assigned corporate-based departments, including, but not limited to: Corporate Communications, Events, Executive Office, Human Resources, Information Technology, Mission & Ministry, and Patient Experience. The primary responsibilities of the position are to oversee client relationships, define and execute marketing strategies, and serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal marketing resources. Additionally, the position also supports the planning and execution of corporate-wide communication strategies for system marketing campaigns. The Manager of Corporate Accounts possesses strong relationship and organizational skills and has the ability to strategically align marketing practices with organizational goals. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounts.
The value that you bring to the team: Provide day-to-day operational marketing oversight for corporate-based accounts in collaboration with leadership, reinforcing the organization's overall strategic positioning — ensuring consistency of brand positioning. Guide departmental account management efforts to establish annual plans and practices that align the brand with established business goals, objectives, and strategies. Establish communication strategies for system advertising campaigns, working across the organization to ensure employees have timely knowledge of our Marketing campaigns. Develop and provide leadership for a high-performing team to drive the execution of strategies. Provides coaching, leadership, and assistance with resources and strategy development. Work collaboratively with Creative Services and Project Management & Production teams to ensure seamless integration of departmental resources and proper execution of departmental workflow processes. Analyze business and creative metrics including market share, consumer perception, customer satisfaction, engagement, and profitability to establish ROI measurement of operational effectiveness. Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; recommending changes as appropriate. Develop operational budgets reflecting appropriate funding for all relevant programs. Monitor and evaluate spending with a goal of maximizing cost-effectiveness of operations. Produce financial and operational reports as requested. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the department, including all levels of leadership from across the system, and external vendors and stakeholders. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, or Marketing, or related experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Advertising, Business, Communications, or Marketing, or related field.
