The Royal Caribbean Group's Digital Product team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Digital Product Design reporting to the Director, Digital Product Design.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Product Design to lead our digital department's design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, a collaborative spirit, and a proven track record of leadership and mentorship in the realm of product design for world-class brands.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer experience to define and execute the digital product design strategy.
Drive the end-to-end product design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring high- quality and user-centered design solutions.
Champion a customer-centric approach to design, leveraging data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions.
Establish and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products and platforms.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital product design, and apply insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications, Knowledge, And Skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience leading in product design, with a focus on digital products and native iOS and Android platforms.
Proven track record of leadership and mentorship, with experience managing and developing high-performing design teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and solutions for world-class brands.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
