The Opportunity: Mattel is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Manager, Strategy & Operations to support our Head of Digital (HOD). This role will focus on driving the execution of key initiatives within our Digital Gaming, Digital Experiences, and Future Lab divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, project management with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What Your Impact Will Be: Strategic Support and Execution: Act as an operational partner to the HOD, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on key initiatives.Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority projects within Digital Gaming, Digital Experiences, and Future Lab.Develop and implement processes to ensure effective decision-making, resource allocation, and project management.Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily operations of the HOD's office, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and objectives.Drive efficiency and effectiveness within the digital team by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the HOD and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and key clients.Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and conferences, ensuring the HOD is well-prepared and informed.Manage and facilitate key meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.Leadership and Development: Mentor a team of support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent within the digital team.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.Innovation and Future Lab: Drive the development and execution of innovative digital initiatives within the Future Lab, focusing on emerging technologies and trends.Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to inform the company's digital roadmap. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience or related field.Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on digital gaming, experiences, or innovation.Skills:Strong analytical skillsExcellent project management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the digital space, particularly in gaming and interactive experiences.The annual base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $160,000. This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
