Summary: This position will manage the engineering function. Essential Functions: Lead an engineering teamto determine the most effective means of meeting goals and driving. continuousimprovement/operational excellence. Supportnewproduct development,product qualifications and new product launches. Prioritizeproject work andcapital budget recommendations. Supportquality system integration and compliance. Supportfacilities needs and growth and helpensure safety and environmental compliance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
