Experience – 5+ years Qualification - BE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for instrumentation and electrical related plant maintenance of process and utility equipment. Identify areas for improvements to reduce the breakdown time of equipment. Effective coordination with inter-departments (QA, Production, and Purchase). Consult with manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues. Project work related to the upgradation of systems and equipment. Ensure availability of spares and maintain inventory of critical spares having long delivery time. Handling of PLC upgradation and PLC validation activity. Calibration activity completed as per schedule. Preparation of annual maintenance budget and ensure expenses are within budget. Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents. Ensure GMP documents are maintained as per SOP. Carry out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
