Job Description
Primo Brands is currently seeking a Finance Manager to support the Product Supply Finance team by delivering financial insights and analysis for Innovation & Renovation (I&R), private label projects, and Supply Chain SG&A. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial rigor and operational efficiency, driving business growth and strategic innovation. This role can be located in Stamford, CT OR Tampa, FL and reports to the Sr. Manager, Finance Product Supply.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial inputs and insights for Innovation & Renovation (I&R) and private label projects, ensuring robust financial planning and alignment.
•Partner with Operations Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Retail finance on developing cost estimate builds for I&R and private label P&Ls.
•Evaluate network capacity constraints related to I&R, Private Label and long term growth projections.
•Track, Report, and streamline Supply Chain KPI reporting.
•Take ownership of financial planning activities, including consolidations for forecasts and budgets, and present findings to Business Planning and senior leadership.
•Conduct detailed Cause of Change reporting and analysis, identifying variances in actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year.
•Utilize strong data analysis skills to support financial modeling for I&R initiatives, and identify cost savings opportunities as needed.
•Drive process improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, enhancing operational and strategic alignment for Supply Chain SG&A functions.
•Support the preparation of financial justifications for capital expenditures related to innovation.
•Lead the financial evaluation of make-versus-buy decisions, factoring in costs, capacity, and strategic benefits for supply chain optimization.
•Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to assess the profitability and viability of I&R and private label projects under different assumptions.
•Support post-implementation reviews of I&R and private label initiatives, measuring success against financial and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
•Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
•5-8 years' experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Finance.
•Strong computer skills - Strong ability to mine data.
•Strong ability to identify and resolve data quality and system functionality issues.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to work and collaborate with various groups.
•Solid knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles.
•Must be advanced with Excel and PowerPoint.
