About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team in a high-visibility role focused on some of the largest investments across technology at DoorDash. As a key member of the Product Finance team, you will analyze our cloud costs, identify opportunities for efficiency, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure effective allocation of capital across our technology investments.

As a Finance Manager, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with partners in finance, strategy, and engineering to manage new and existing initiatives across cloud investments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, technical, and communication skills to influence data-driven business decisions and navigate trade-offs.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will: Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Finance teams to make ROI-positive investment decisions across our largest tech vendors Lead weekly reviews with Engineering verticals to assess budget performance and identify necessary trade-offs when expenses exceed projections Oversee the allocation of shared technology costs across Engineering teams to provide visibility into infrastructure and data usage across the organization Identify and operationalize opportunities for optimizing technology spending in partnership with Engineering Manage financial models for large-scale renewals, partnering closely with Engineering and Procurement Analyze business/financial measurements, uncover trends, and assess current/future business risks and opportunities We're excited about you because... 6+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting experience in a high-growth technology sector Experience managing forecasting & reporting for major departments within an organization Track and analyze key business/financial KPIs to identify trends and assess both current and future risks and opportunities Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn) Experience with cloud cost management is a plus
