Right now, we are seeking a Manager - Corporate Finance, based at our Global Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, to work with our experienced corporate finance team.
In this role you will manage key Corporate Finance functions and serve as liaison with other CFO organizations including other Finance teams, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and M&A. Does this interest you?
Responsibilities:Manages the forecast of financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement/details, Balance Sheet, tax detail) and leads analysis of actual resultsLeads calculation, tracking and review of actual and forecasted currency impactsSupports Treasury and M&A teams by providing scenario modeling, analysis and reportingLeads company-wide close and estimate processManages finance monthly close processes, including analyzing and summarizing results, preparing flash and close reports, and consolidating variance analyses in accordance with key SOX processesUnderstands and clearly articulates complex business issuesPartners effectively cross-functionally to build consensus and deliver on multiple priorities simultaneouslySupports other Corporate Finance processes, including quarter-end reporting, earnings release, planning and forecast cycle, Corporate finance communication, among otherPerforms other ad hoc reporting and analysis as neededWhat will make you stand out:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field, heavily preferredMBA and/or Certified Financial Analyst or progress towards5+ years' experience in financial reporting, financial modeling and analysisExperience with financial reporting tools; advanced excel; experience with Hyperion Essbase a plusExperience with database management tools like SQL, MS AccessProven experience leading projects, presenting and communicating with finance team and leadershipWhat's in it for you?Competitive global pay and benefitsUnparalleled experience as part of one of the most advanced compliance teams in the world, with opportunities to build valuable skills and grow your careerDiverse, global team with colleagues in over 50 countriesWhat it's like here:Western Union (WU) is a company on the move!
