Manager, Financial Analysis V - (M5) Key Responsibilities Support VP of Service Sales in the development and execution of multi-year Account/Sales strategy Support and Partner with AGS Sales, Business Development and Operations team on deal desk => value pricing, cost models and managing risk Support and Partner with Field Strategic Programs Office in developing, managing, and tracking Field Productivity Initiatives A key player in the adoption AGS Forecast Automation, Global Process and ERP Systems required to scale the AGS Business providing innovative solutions/approaches to current practices and challenges Lead and engage with non-finance executives and management to drive decisions for business growth Identify & drive opportunities to improve near-term financial performance and to focus on the strategic priorities necessary to achieve long-term profitable growth targets Functional Knowledge Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function Business Expertise Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements Leadership Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution Problem Solving Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions Impact Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines Interpersonal Skills Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view Qualifications Education: Master's Degree
