What you'll do...
Technical Leadership:Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams (3-5), fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with External SaaS providers, product management, and design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Engineering Excellence:Establish and promote best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies (e.g., XP, TDD, BDD).
Talent Acquisition & Development:Recruit, onboard, and develop talented software engineers and engineering leaders.
Architecture & Design:Provide technical guidance and feedback on product designs and architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
8+ years of software engineering experience in web, mobile, API, or full-stack development.
4+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., XP, TDD, BDD) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, etc.)
3+ years of experience with modern technology stacks (e.g., Java, ReactJS, or similar).
Even better, you may have...
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
Post-purchase customer experience in the automotive industry.
Experience building and maintaining distributed, service-oriented systems.
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
