Manager Health Information Management *Remote*. Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA or TX are encouraged to apply. This position is accountable for the operations and delivery of a best-practice HIM document-imaging, record analysis, physician suspension, medical transcription service model within Revenue Cycle throughout the Providence health system (including affiliates). This role includes developing and executing strategic and tactical plans around organizational transformation, integration, standardization, and modernization of health record processing HIM services. A strong degree of forward-thinking, leadership skills, business acumen, and communication skills are required for this position.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in an AHIMA accredited HIM program or other related program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience,
6 years - Closely related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator(RHIA) upon hire.
4 years - Leadership role in HIM in a complex healthcare environment such as a large multiple hospital health system.
