And with our remarkable work-life flexibility, one of the lives it could enhance is yours.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeThe HNW Client Development Manager will be a part of the High-Net-Worth Business Unit, which focuses on the holistic offering and experience for High-Net-Worth clients of Edward Jones. The HNW Client Development Manager is a non-people leader position and is responsible for the execution of key High Net Worth client acquisition and development strategies, enabling advisors to win new business and expand existing business through the extensive resources of our home office and High Net Worth offering. This position will support the team serving as the primary point of contact between financial advisors and the High Net Worth offering, identifying business opportunities across the advisor population, and aligning them to the best support and service model that most addresses the clients' needs. This role will implement operational efficiencies to manage a high volume of HNW business cases and ensure timely execution of next steps to connect Financial Advisors with the team(s) that will support their client and prospect opportunities. They will be responsible for the overall program management of the HNW Client Development team, including tracking and reporting on progress to business leadership and key stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Business Development: Support the team's engagement Financial Advisors and Market Management, and create organized environment for advisors to build relationships with High Net Worth clients and prospects by taking advantage of the various resources and support models that exist within the High Net Worth offering. Facilitate the business development into the High Net Worth service models to support achieving ambitious incremental asset targets. Increase Advisor adoption of the Firm's High Net Worth offering by proactively consulting and advising FAs to deliver value-added strategies that meet client needs. Strategy Support: Identify opportunities to refine the business's client acquisition and prospecting strategies to generate scalable growth. Examples may include supporting the integration of internal and external professional networks that identify and develop prospective High Net Worth client relationships, including opportunities for professional referral networks.Cross-function collaboration: Lead the collaboration efforts across various HNW service models representing the business cases sourced from advisors and ensuring smooth handoffs to the client services teams.Enhance Branch Experience: Develop and lead engagement processes that drive a positive branch experience through sourcing, identifying, validating, and onboarding clients / prospects into the High Net Worth offering.Manage and Optimize Capacity: Lead the facilitation of aligning client/prospect development cases with the appropriate HNW client service team to optimize the available resources within the High Net Worth offering. Create and execute operational processes that ensure client/prospect cases are handled appropriately, quickly, and with the highest branch and client experience possible.Business Performance Management & Process Improvement: Oversee and enhance the overall performance of an organization by strategically aligning goals, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in the business processes and workflows.Program Management: Oversee the progress of the program and individual projects/cases, and lead the reporting of program status and obstacles to stakeholders.Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
