POSITION OVERVIEW The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager is responsible for management of the Milliken GSOC, located at RMC in Spartanburg, SC. The manager's primary responsibility is to design, develop, implement, and oversee the Milliken corporate-wide security, loss prevention and emergency operational programs while also meeting the daily operational or strategic requirements of the Corporate Security team and the company. These tasks will include intelligence analysis, product innovation and implementation, emergency operational support of RMC, emergency communications, contractor management, worldwide situational awareness, high risk travel management, site monitoring and active project management in coordination with Milliken stakeholders to ensure the safety of the company's world-wide workforce and assets. The GSOC manager works to develop strong partnerships both internally and externally and provides an active leadership approach to implement security and emergency management programs. The GSOC manager reports directly to the Vice President of Global Security. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and manage GSOC daily operations, including staffing, to ensure 24/7/365 coverage. Monitor programs including intelligence analysis, product management, CCTV monitoring & response, travel tracking and support in high-risk environments, crisis and emergency response coordination. Following Legal and Security Management guidelines develop and manage strategic liaisons with Law Enforcement and other private/public sector counterparts. Design, develop, and implement security operation protocols regarding traveler and asset safety, associate communication, emergency response, and all other functions within the GSOC Create measurable reporting processes to include security environment monitoring, incident response, tracking and reporting, and other service areas. Lead the information gathering process to understand potential risks to Milliken associates and guests. Support and participate on RMC and corporate emergency response teams. Develop and implement intelligence reporting program policies, procedures, and performance metrics to include alerting assets, travelers, security assessments, country risk ratings, and other products. Ensure Milliken security programs and strategies are effectively implemented, managed, and maintained. Develop security policies and procedures, define security performance metrics, and develop awareness and communications plans to support security programs. Support Crisis Management & Communication, Travel Security, and Business Continuity incident reporting structure as required by Milliken's Enterprise Risk Management programs. Attend educational training events at various times during the year for ongoing education and program updates QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED Associate degree; or equivalent experience.
