Key Responsibilities: - Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support team members while assisting the Site Manager in daily operations.

- Operations Management: Oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and monitor financial performance to ensure smooth operations.

- Daily Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, safely manage vehicle loading, and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Sales and Memberships: Promote and sell Wash Club Memberships, manage transactions, and utilize company software effectively.
- Policy Adherence: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold high standards.
What We're Looking For: - Availability: Flexible schedule with open availability during the week and willingness to work rotating weekends.
