The Rams are looking to grow this brand into international markets (Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan and Korea) and are searching for a passionate individual to help us grow our fanbase through their role as the Manager, International.

This role will primarily be responsible for driving forward and executing plans for events and activations in our 6 international markets to maximize fan growth and engagement. Our ideal candidate thrives in a position where they are working across various departments in a collaborative environment, as well as with external marketing and sales agencies. They are detail-oriented with high attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and prioritize organization to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

Work with Head of International to build event and activation plans for each year, as well as oversee execution of the events. Collaborate with in-market agencies to design, plan and execute international activations and events to support marketing, sponsorship, fan growth and youth programming.
Track project tasks and completion dates. Lead internal meetings to collaborate across domestic and international marketing teams. Coordinate internal sponsorship meetings and communication with key agency partners. In collaboration with the individual departments and agency partners, create a reporting system to track and analyze performance across all metrics for events and activations. Collaborate with Coordinator, International on analysis and recurring insights from digital reporting. Oversee annual internal and agency goal setting. Coordinate travel planning and agency integration for international trips (supported by local agencies).
Establish impactful itineraries that accomplish overall fan development and engagement objectives. Arrange travel logistics, including airfare, hotel, transport, appearances, and other marketing activation elements. Communication with travelers. Lead selected international trips for LA Rams Cheerleaders, including the above planning items as well as serving as the leader while in-market. Manage external marketing agencies to ensure projects are progressing as planned and hitting key objectives.
Timeline and milestone development. Event coordination, planning, and execution. Approval / transfer / purchasing / production of any branded goods. Assist with or lead (role will vary) sponsor event execution in collaboration with internal Rams sales and partnership management team. Collaborate with Mascot Manager and each agency to coordinate and manage Rampage appearances abroad. Align with internal departments such as Marketing, Media, Sponsorship to understand their annual plans and extend the ideas as appropriate across the International markets. Report on event impacts.
Consolidate reports from external agencies and internal tracking to provide comprehensive event performance reporting and analysis – including integration of social and digital reporting from Coordinator, International. Track performance of all marketing assets against fan growth and engagement metrics. Work on other projects as assigned. Key Skills & Abilities: Self-starter with the ability to collaborate. Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work across a variety of projects in our start-up environment. Strong time management, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations through PowerPoint. Experience and some familiarity with digital and social marketing preferred. Excellent project management and preferably experience with various project management platforms (i.e. Asana, Slack, etc.). Positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Focused on producing work at the highest levels, and improving oneself professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 4-5 years of experience in cross-functional or project management role, preferably with marketing and/or agency experience. Interest in working in a new and innovative area of the NFL and helping drive the Rams to be the most successful team in each international market. Experience working or living abroad. Work Environment: Full-time role in hybrid (office and WFH) format. Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays given calls/meetings with people in various time zones. Ability to travel internationally as needed. Expected Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/yr.
