Themanager shall oversee team recruitment, training, performance evaluations, andprofessional development to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.Implement strategies to enhance team satisfaction, engagement, and retention.Obtains appropriate documentation from technical staff as well as participatein Primary Sourcing to ensure team are in compliance with State, NationalAccrediting Agencies, as well as compliance with all of Cooper's policies andcorporate compliance requirements to include Annual Safety Training, PPD, FitTesting and safety across the continuum. Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments,physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patientcare and optimize workflow. Participate in interdepartmental meetings and committees to drivecollaboration, address challenges, and improve overall patient and staffexperiences. Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and qualitystandards. Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and regulatorycompliance. The manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care,regulatory compliance, and efficient operations across all areas of oversite. **Experience Required** 3-5 years experience required5 years IR technologist experience required. 3 years minimum IR supervisory experience required **Education Requirements** Bachelors required **LicenseCertification Requirements** NJ DEP license Current ARRT - American Registry RadiologyCurrent NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) **Special Requirements** M-F
