JOB SUMMARY:Dynamic Manager experienced in project management partnership collaboration and sponsorship integrations. This role will assist in driving cross-marketing initiatives and supporting brand strategies. Proven ability to streamline processes, develop best practices, and meet crucial deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management and Coordination:
Manage the development of creative production, marketing, and publicity materials, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, taking notes, and sharing action items.
Partnership and Collaboration:
Partner with Legal and Business Affairs to ensure contractual obligations are met and materials are routed for review.
Partner with Senior Manager, Retail Development, on bespoke merchandise and retail designs for projects.
Cross-Marketing and Brand Support:
Partner with other lines of business and country leads to drive cross-marketing programs supporting Universal Parks & Resorts and NBCUniversal's initiatives.
Provide licensee with resources like brand guides and character art to maximize brand revenue.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
Develop best practices in organization, processes, and approval trackers to meet deadlines and ensure effective communication.
Maintain tracking system for each submission, processing contractual approvals, and alerting departments on deadlines.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and project management skills in accordance with milestone timelines and under tight deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and deliver on multiple projects and be decisive under pressure.
Excellent understanding of maintaining brand and property positioning, licensing, and partner management.
Exceptional communications, organizational and project management skills with strong ability to collaborate across the business.
Preferably possesses prior experience working with creative partners, licensed intellectual property (IP), and negotiating deals within the entertainment industry is a plus.
Experience in comparable industries is a plus.
EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:5+ years of experience leading a world-class team in respective field is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience of project management skill base.
