Job Overview: The Manager of Clinical Operations position will be responsible for developing and overseeing the delivery of therapeutic services at the SMSC's Healing Center, a 40-bed facility which is under development to provide culturally relevant services, as a result of generational trauma, to members of Minnesota's four Dakota tribes.
This will include the development and maintenance of CD and Mental Health therapeutic curriculum based on White Bison Wellbriety for an anticipated 90-day residential length of stay as well as aftercare curriculum.
Ongoing responsibilities after opening will include providing direct patient care group/individual therapy and supervision of the delivery of therapeutic services by other therapists, including reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
The Manager of Clinical Operations will work with other disciplines to ensure services and documentation support high quality, evidence-based, and culturally relevant care, and meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
Successful completion of a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Addictions or a closely related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Currently licensed to practice independently in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the respective state board.
(L.P., LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LADC).
Five years supervisory experience working as a clinician in a multidisciplinary Chemical Dependency / Alcohol residential treatment facility.
Ten years of experience in mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment or related social services experience.
Skilled in training, coaching and mentoring clinical staff.
Experience working with Native Americans in a residential treatment setting; preference for experience with members of the four Minnesota Dakota tribes.
Flexibility to maintain a work schedule in accordance with program needs.
