We are looking for a Manager of Data Analytics

. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

The Manager of Data Analytics will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments, ensuring data accuracy, developing models, and generating reports to support business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth data analysis and provide detailed insights on business performance.

Develop and maintain financial models and perform forecasting.

Analyze marketing, social media, and email outreach data to recommend actionable improvements.

Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Design and implement data visualization tools using platforms like Tableau or Power BI.

Ensure data quality and integrity across various databases and reporting systems.

Lead and mentor junior data analysts and other team members.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive management and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Over 20 years of experience within the data analytics space

10+ years of experience with channel management, EDI, & POS data

10+ years of experience working with incentive plans, sales channels, sales quotas, KPIs

10+ years of experience in joint application development

10+ years of experience working with a 3 rd party manufacturer's rep network, managing commissions and performance metrics.

10+ years of proven experience in writing business plans

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Proven experience working with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Xactly, AWS

Proven experience system architecture, predictive analytics, and enterprise class reporting

15+ years of experience building dashboards, interpreting data, and delivering executive presentations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

A master's degree is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $118,790 - $203,640 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
