Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne.
Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment.
Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies.
Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by providing them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.
Summary of Position:
The Manager of Patient Access is responsible for managing daily operations of fast-paced, high call volume Centralized Scheduling department.
This position will oversee all aspects of new hire and on-going training, quality audits of staff, and monitoring daily team workflow to ensure critical goals and KPIs are met.
This position will actively participate with management in team planning, program development, human resource management, patient satisfaction, communication and partnership with operations, compliance, and marketing, as well as implementing best practices to ensure productivity KPIs and Organizational goals are met
Job Responsibilities: Selection, orientation, mentoring and performance management of scheduling staff.
Oversees training and employee development.
Oversees workflow of the scheduling processes and staff to meet necessary KPIs as determined in collaboration with Senior Leadership Implement team productivity and quality standards, SMART goals, and team benchmarks and holds the team accountable to results.
Assists with implementation, ongoing optimization, and training of scheduling systems.
Create and maintain consistent processes and assists in creating a team oriented environment.
Works with site Leaders and marketing to implement initiatives at each location.
Ensures that employees adhere to established protocols to provide excellent customer service.
Accountable for developing and maintaining a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity.
Responsible for maintaining departmental budgets and meeting organizational financial requirements.
Assists Senior Department Leaders in evaluating departmental functions and workflow to maximize value added to the organization and create efficiencies.
Develops, implements, and maintains departmental policies & procedures in collaboration with Policy Review Committee.
Collaborates with HR concerning employee issues and performance and maintains appropriate personnel files.
Conducts employee coaching, counselling, disciplinary actions, and annual appraisals.
Coordinates various projects as requested by Senior Leadership Oversees department timekeeping and payroll Collaborates with leadership to develop action plans in line with the organization's strategic initiatives and goals.
Prepares and present business plans, reports, and other statistical data upon request.
Promotes a culture of transparency, inclusivity, respect, equity and justice, and associate empowerment.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manages employees in Centralized Scheduling.
This includes interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and terminating in compliance with regulations and organizational policies .

Experience/Skill Requirements: Three (3) years supervisory experience required, preferably in clinical setting One (1) year experience with medical insurance billing and/or clinical reception preferred Outpatient imaging leadership experience strongly preferred Call center experience preferred Comfortable in fast paced, high call volume environment Must have exceptional customer service skills and teamwork ethic Strong interpersonal and communication skills Maintain confidentiality at all times Ability to adapt to various situations, work independently and a quick learner Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task Strong computer skills; Excel & Word experience along with ability to learn additional software as required Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation is between $70,000 and $100,000 per year.
This position is also bonus eligible.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
This position will remain open until filled and will accept applications on an ongoing basis.
