SCI Summary: SCI supports people with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs, transitioning youth, the elderly, and other populations using Maryland Department of Health's Targeted Case Management and Supports Planning work models as well as a concierge level geriatric care management and care partner model.
Position Summary: The Manager of Strategy will be a key member of SCI's newly established Strategy Center of Excellence (SCOE). The Manager of Strategy will support the efforts and activities of SCI's Strategy COE by working cross-functionally with committees and other divisions to advance strategic initiatives and associated planning. Works in a team environment to adjust strategy plan to best align and realign all company goals. Assist in implementing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and vision.

Assist/support research and analysis of the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.Implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and vision.Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiatives.Help maintain relationships with stakeholders and SCI leadership.Provide reporting and analysis to the executive team for decision-making and problem-solving.Coordinate, manage, and monitor any Strategy-related Software.Collaborate with and attend SCI's Strategy Committee.Track progress against Strategic Plan goals and guide the process to evolve plans as appropriate.Maintain a communications strategy to inform all executives on results from strategic initiatives as well as overall business performance.Create processes and systems to support efficient and effective management and tracking of strategic objectives.Collaborate with various teams to maintain a strategic outlook consisting of operational and tactical goals and objectives.Develop and revise strategy-related policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with existing procedures and guidelines around strategy.Supervisory Duties: Education Required: • Bachelor's Degree required. Additional continuing education programs or a related discipline is preferred and will receive priority consideration.
Experience Required: • 4+ years' experience working with a nonprofit organization, business, and/or trade association.
• Data analysis, planning, and/or strategic coordination.

Constantly positions self to comfortably maintain computer equipment. May occasionally be required to move about in an office setting or position office equipment weighing between 10-25 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. The person in this position frequently communicates with other people. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
IT Roles must be able to position self to maintain computers and equipment, including under desks and in server room(s). Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
