Manager of Systems, Enterprise Applications What will you do? responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementation, and optimization of the CRM system (Salesforce, Gong Outreach, and other platforms) across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT. A deep understanding of CRM functionality, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM platform is aligned with business goals. Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring it supports the evolving needs of the business. Manage CRM integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., Marketing Automation, Subskribe to ensure seamless data flow and processes. Conduct regular system audits, data validation, and updates to ensure the CRM platform remains efficient, secure, and scalable. Lead user access management, ensuring proper permissions, roles, and profiles are in place to maintain data security and integrity. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues. Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data governance practices. Lead the implementation of CRM-related projects, such as new feature rollouts, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Provide support for CRM system upgrades, new releases, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Who you are: 5+ years of experience in CRM management, enterprise applications, or related roles. SFDC Certified Experience in managing CRM integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., Marketing Automation, Service Desk tools). Proficient in CRM configuration, customization, and administration. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
