Provides strategic & operational leadership for the Product Solution Center (PSC) within the US Service Center networkResponsible for meeting P&L targets and performance metricsDevelops and leads the Product Solution Center and daily operations

Responsibilities
• Drive individual and team goals• Train and develop Technical Sales Rep personnel• Monitor reports along with expenses & profit/loss• Ensure efficient management of equipment, suppliers, and shop facilities• Identify and interchange components in existing customer applications• Technically support and make recommendations for Power Transmission Products, Linear components, and Industrial and Hydraulic hose assemblies• Develop budget and operational strategies• Align employee actions with the voice of the customer• Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, timely, and professional manner• Communicate specific duties and requirements to associates
Requirements
• Equivalent to a four-year degree in business management or supply chain• Specialized training in power transmission and/or Fluid Conveyance a plus• Persuasive communicator / strong facilitator / structured and logical thinker• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills• Solid computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc• Lean background preferred• SAP experience preferred
