The Job This role will lead and implement key areas of Omnidian's operational analytics strategy, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making across our service delivery platform. This role reports directly to the COO and offers a unique opportunity to engage with Omnidian's leadership team to provide cross-functional insights and reporting that optimize operational efficiency and performance.

Midpoint: $120,000 Comprehensive Benefits: We've got you covered with 100% of health insurance monthly premiums for employees, and 50% for dependents.
Performance Bonus: Up to 15%, because exceptional work deserves exceptional rewards. Eligibility begins after 90 days.
