PlanSource is seeking a  Manager, Partner Support  who will be responsible for managing partner relationships with HCM Partners using PlanSource for their benefits platform with their customers. 
This position takes the steps necessary to ensure support for HCM Partners and their customers within the PlanSource system.  This position manages the team that provides support to our partner's ongoing support teams and interacts with Carriers, Brokers, Employer Groups, Sales, Strategic Partners, and Operations team members. The Manager, Partner Support reflects the importance of being customer-care focused with our client interactions and has the drive to build a team to support the ongoing needs of the business. 
Responsibilities include: Assist in formulating new procedures, develop and document procedures, recommend changes to existing procedures to improve performance and business requirements. Attend partner meetings as requested to review functionality issues or participate in roll out discussions for implementation. Champion new processes and procedures among the team and ensure adherence to company and industry regulations. Collaborate with other partner support managers to ensure cross pollination on processes and procedures. Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager? Conduct training and seminars for continued skills improvement within the team. Counsel and dismiss staff in accordance with personnel performance or business needs. Evaluate the costs and revenues associated with the work being performed in the workstream and make recommendations to leadership for pricing strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of the team through the management of data including but not limited to Capacity, Case Aging, and PTO Time Management. Function as an escalation point for project teams, clients and provide direction to bring resolution to issues. Meet with senior leadership and partners to understand business objectives and convey to the team to produce desired results. Monitoring workloads within the workstream, meeting with direct team members to provide feedback, conducting group meetings and ensuring overall objectives within the workstream are met. Promote team communication and collaboration across channels and job titles to foster a productive work environment. Recruit, interview, and orient new staff in accordance with capacity planning and company performance. Qualifications Requiremen ts for the Manager, Partner Support 7+ years of experience in client or project management Associates Degree / Technical Degree or similar experience, MBA is preferred. Ability to create a culture of excellence through leadership, coaching, mentoring and motivating skills for the development of the support team Ability to facilitate meetings and give presentations to senior management Ability to work efficiently in a high demand and fast paced environment Demonstrated project leadership and management experience, including cross-functional collaboration Detail-oriented and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to complex situations Excellent time and project management skills Experience managing an inbound team in a support environment. High degree of technical expertise and abilities High School Diploma; 4-year degree preferred Knowledge of employee benefits and the administrative aspects of benefit issues such as compliance and eligibility Strong communication and organizational skills Strong influencing and coaching skills This role is a hybrid position
