This involves a deep understanding of the intricacies of data migration, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of data migration consultants. The Manager is responsible for setting and achieving operational objectives, adhering to established policies and procedures, and optimizing resource allocation to meet project timelines and goals. They are also committed to talent development, fostering a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. The Manager collaborates closely with the Director or VP of Professional Services to align the team's efforts with broader business objectives.

\n Responsibilities will include:Overseeing Data Migration Projects: Guiding a team of data migration consultants in the successful execution of property data migration projects, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.Managing and Developing Talent: Leading and mentoring a team of data migration consultants, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.Ensuring Operational Efficiency: Implementing and optimizing data migration processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-value.Monitoring Performance Metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data migration, such as migration speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Driving Customer Satisfaction: Acting as a point of contact for customers during the data migration process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working closely with other teams within Professional Services, such as Implementation and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers. Required Qualifications:Proven experience in data migration in the property management industry or a closely related field.Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.2 years of management experience.Exposure to the multi-family / property management industry.Experience with property management software.Knowledge of accounting principles and methodologies.Familiarity with data migration tools and technologies.BS in Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Entrata property conversionsMaster's degreeLean Six Sigma CertificationPMP certification

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
