Manager, Quality Analytics

Support the objectives and priorities of Medical Quality as set by the Chief Laboratory Officer.
Maintain and assess quality metrics used to determine effectiveness and stability of quality processes established by Medical Operations and Quality and the Life Cycle Management teams.
Primary responsibility will be the review of current quality metrics, sources of raw data (current or potential), and creation of easily understandable presentations for review by senior management that summarize the effectiveness of medical quality.
Secondary responsibilities include suggesting novel metrics for analyzing quality processes, proposals of new metrics based on existing data sources, suggested improvements to processes to enhance data collection, and investigation of unexplored sources of data. Comparison to peer data if it can be obtained is an additional responsibility.

Complete QMS Training and achieve QMS Certificate of ProficiencyAssess adequacy of current medical quality metrics and propose improvementsWork with MQA and Regulatory teams to develop reports and/or dashboards to support changes in business needs such as, but not limited to, contractual and regulatory reporting requirements.Work with the Regional Medical Directors and QA managers in identifying issues which are not currently detected by medical quality metricsPresent oral and written reports defining problems and proposed resolutionsOccasional travel may be required. Required WorkExperience: 5 years' experience with data analytics and use in management presentations, or 3 years' experience in data analytics in the field of laboratory testingPreferred Work Experience: Experience managing SharePoint sites preferredTableau/PowerBI software experience preferredKnowledge: Knowledge of laboratory practices preferredSkills: Advanced Excel capabilities and related data manipulation requiredAble to work with Microsoft PowerPointAlteryx software experience preferredMust be analytic, creative, and self-drivenHigh affinity to data and business intelligenceHighly organized with attention to detailExcellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze and summarize reports for managementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate effectively with key stakeholdersFlexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degreepreferably in the health-related sciences
