Promotes continuing education for staff and provides opportunities for professional development.Serves as a resource to medical staff, students, other allied health professionals and support staff concerning the operations of Rehab Therapy.Assists in interpreting the applicable policies.Evaluates staff educational needs based on clinical populations and situations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from an accredited program for physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.Five years of clinical experience including three in a management/supervisory role.Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist in the State of Georgia.Additional Details:Supporting a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
