You will lead a passionate engineering team responsible for developing Microsoft Windows PC based software for the PlayStation and other applications/devices. You will be responsible for providing strong technical leadership in highly secure and performant PC-based software design and development.
Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, grow, and empower your team to achieve personal and professional goalsUnderstand the product requirements and create technical specification as a product ownerLead day-to-day activities of the team using Agile/Scrum methodologyCollaborate with geographically diverse teams to coordinate development activitiesGuide the team technically to build high quality productsContribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of PlayStation's engineering management teamRecruit and build a great teamWe're looking for someone who has: 3+ years of people management experienceA bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experienceHands-on experience building software productsExperience in building high-performance Windows applications or SDKWorking knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or AzureProven history of recruiting and building great teamsAbility to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibilityGreat written and verbal communication skillsPassion for supporting team member's career growthIt would be great if you: Experience with game development or game engine development is a strong plusExperience with Windows/PC Security software development a strong plusIf you're ready for something new, a chance to be challenged, to learn, and grow, we want to hear from you!
