We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand, supply, capacity, and production planning, particularly within the medical device industry, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of direct, electromechanical materials.
The Manager, Supply Chain Planning will have these responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies and capacity plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
Analyze capacity constraints and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Development of a Master Production Schedule using an ERP System Lead the SIOP process to balance supply and demand effectively.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and production schedules.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly, using SIOP processes to increase forecast accuracy Oversee production planning and develop production schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet customer requirements.
Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement plans by organizing and maintaining global product demands.
Work collaboratively with the Procurement, Operations, Quality, Product Supply, and Finance teams.
The Manager, Supply Chain Planning has the following qualifications:Master's or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in engineering, not required) w/ 5-9+ years of supply chain experience Proven experience in end to end planning functions: SIOP, supply & demand planning, capacity planning, production planning and scheduling.
