This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our inventory systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. By conducting physical inventory counts, reconciling differences, and replenishing stock as needed, you will uphold our commitment to quality and precision. Your efforts will directly support our values of people, service, quality, and innovation, ensuring that our products are always available to meet customer needs. Your duties will include ensuring that all stock is stored correctly, transferring inventory to trucks for timely delivery, and coordinating the transfer of inventory between departments. Additionally, you will monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions, when necessary, enforce operating instructions and safety policies, and resolve routine equipment issues. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless flow of materials within our operations and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. Duties and Responsibilities Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, reconciles any differences, and replenishes stock and inventory as needed. Schedules materials being transferred to and from the warehouse and transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule to uphold our manufacturing capabilities. Ensures accurate storage of all stock in designated warehouse locations.Oversees and monitors expenditures, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain budgetary control.Implements and upholds operating instructions and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment. Ensures compliance with all relevant industry regulations. Conducts regular safety audits and addresses any issues promptly.Manages, oversees and ensures safe storage and handling of prescriptions drugs including hazardous drugs and controlled substances. Addresses and resolves routine equipment issues to prevent operational disruptions.Identifies area of improvement to optimize our inventory processes and drive our continuous improvement initiatives.Leads, motivates, and guides a team of warehouse associates to provide seamless 24x7 support for our warehouse and dispensing operations. Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the warehouse and dispensing team. Develops and mentors team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.Performs other related duties as assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Experience and Qualifications Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.Minimum of 16 years of experience within a distribution or manufacturing industry.Minimum of 7 years in a leadership position overseeing and managing the work of direct reports, processes, and budget within a distribution or manufacturing industry.
