Location:This role covers the Northeast region and is based out of Stamford, CT. The position requires proximity to the area to facilitate collaboration and market engagement, with travel (~15-20%) across the region to meet accounts and gather insights.

Summary of Job:As a Manager of Wholesale Planning, you will drive top-line and bottom-line growth while optimizing inventory management for our wholesale business. Collaborating with teams across sales, retail, marketing, finance, and operations, you'll develop and execute strategies to enhance assortment, financial planning, and business performance.
We're seeking a natural leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, rolling up their sleeves to tackle challenges, and leveraging expertise in planning, analytics, and inventory management. What You'll Do:
Develop accurate and financially sound forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
Lead weekly performance reviews and align strategies for improvement.
Manage demand planning for wholesale while collaborating on production and inventory needs.
Partner on product lifecycle initiatives, including innovation, pricing, and exit strategies.
Provide strategic direction to scale operations, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
Build and develop a team to manage revenue and inventory strategies.
Streamline tools and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
Ensure financial performance in wholesale revenue, margin, and forecasting.
Flexibility to travel across the territory (~15-20%) to gather insights and strengthen partnerships.
