Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree?  5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution  Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory and program/delivery leadership??  Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions (CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications)and planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services  Developed holistic plans and deployment strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications?initiatives  Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area?  Demonstrated ability to lead engagements end to end and build a trusted advisor relationship with senior leadership teams?  Provided ERP and project leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services)and a variety of business functional areas?(Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR)  THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR: Versatile consultants who are passionate about technology and thrive on variety and challenge?  Those who have a growth mindset regarding training, practice, and evolving their skills Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture?  Comfortable transitioning between strategic and execution responsibilities to maximize client value?  Confident decision makers with a proactive mindset?  Engaging leaders who make a positive impact on their firm, clients, and communities?  Successful in ambiguous environments?   Desire to and ability to learn  Passion for Point B's Mission, Vision, Values & Culture  Gets it done brand and attitude   Ability to work from home  Ability to work non-standard work hours when necessary Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80%  COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The estimated salary range for this role is $137,000 - $241,500 USD per year.?This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.?Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.   Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
