Managing Director of College Thrive As our Managing Director of College Thrive you will help our College Thrive team meet programmatic outcomes so that our students can successfully graduate from a four-year university. Day to day, you will lead a team of Directors and Coaches to successfully implement our College Thrive program, manage partnerships with universities, and oversee the planning and execution of the Regional Summer Edge program. You have a depth of experience working with college-aged students, specifically in advising and supporting them to persist in college. You are a strong and supportive manager who can coach a team to meet programmatic outcomes while also providing professional development and career growth opportunities. You have built and managed relationships with college partners and know how to balance the needs of students with the expectations partners have of College Track. You are data-driven and can adeptly analyze student data to inform changes to your team's work or your own. You are excited about implementing the College Thrive vision, are collaborative, and can build strong relationships across the organization to help drive programmatic outcomes. You have experience planning and executing large-scale events for students. You are comfortable with traveling up to 20% of the time. Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for Managing Director, College Thrive in Washington, D.C is $96,800 - $145,200/year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $118,580 - $125,840/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
