About the Role The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director to play a pivotal role in the expansion of its M&A and Advisory team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with building out the M&A practice, leading deal origination in specialized sectors, and overseeing the entire M&A deal process from inception to successful completion.
This is a key position that involves not only the strategic development of the M&A business but also the short-term management of the deal process and the long-term goal of assembling and mentoring a team of junior resources.
Applicants for the Investment Banking Managing Director role should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record in managing and leading a team, particularly at a regional boutique or middle-market bank.
The role requires a professional with a successful history of originating, managing, and closing sell-side M&A deals.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with the ability to drive the growth of the M&A practice and ensure the successful execution of deals.
