As part of the Consulting leadership team, the Managing Director Value, Access and HEOR will contribute to setting business direction, strategy, and priorities and take ownership for driving the overall growth and scalability of the market access and pricing consulting business. You will:
Achieve commercial success by actively harvesting accounts and creating leads at new accounts, soliciting support from other business units to close deals, and securing profitable businessDevelop and lead, independently, a large client book of businessAchieve billable utilization, led book of business, and sales targets, while collaborating with others to attain overall business objectives and metricsValidate accurate project forecasting and pricing to avoid lossesSupport the development of a growing and healthy Advisory Group and overall Consulting business unit, above and beyond individual contributions of sales and book of businessKnown authority in market access and trade and distribution; able to leverage external network to improve profitable revenues and market positioning10+ years of leading commercial / strategic consulting, with a focus on pharmaceutical trade and distribution, 340BTrade and Distribution experience launching specialty products (oncology, rare/ultra-rare, hospital) with a limited distribution networkDesired Requirements:Experience in the federal government's 340B drug pricing program is desirable.Expertise with Trade Partner Selection (3PL, WS, Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacy) as requested.Demonstrated experience in Firm building and growing strategic consultancyAbility to support the client organization to identify key distribution related decisions, define strategic options, workshop outstanding issues for discussion and establish alignment on the approach to distribution.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $265,000 to $350,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
