We are excited to be hiring for our Managing Director, Sales Leader position in Treasury and Payment space within the Commercial Bank. This position will work with our Diversified Industries Middle Market client segment and bankers offering both cash management and payment solutions. This role will lead a large team focused on improving operational efficiency, setting strategic direction and growing client relationships.
This role is open to our office locations across our East United States footprint for the Commercial bank.
Responsibilities: Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans.Continuously assesses and improves the work processes for sales and service management, risk management and compliance.Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls.Influences the strategic direction of the line of business.Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy.Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion.Builds interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups.Attracts, retains, and enables the career development of top talent.Generates significant revenue for the bank over a sustained period and recognizes revenue opportunities to cross-sell bank products.Leads the deal team in executing pitches to prospective clients.Oversees documentation and ongoing monitoring of asset and client performance.Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for making business decisions.Recommends measures to improve organizational effectiveness.Develops, implements and reviews a plan to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.Acts as the daily sales contact for the client for sales related questions.Maintains current client information on Bank system/files. Qualifications: Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation.Expert verbal & written communication skills.Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.Expert influence skills.Expert collaboration & team skills, with a focus on cross-group collaboration.Able to manage ambiguity.Expert data-driven decision making. Salary: $128,000.00 - $238,000.00
