Responsibilities Direct and lead funeral home and cemetery operations Drive growth and profitability by ensuring the location attains case volume and revenue goals Lead and manage team employees through the embodiment of the company's core values, mission and goals of the organization Event planning such as holiday events, state memorial days, and visits to community places (Churches, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Community Centers) Qualifications 4+ years of experience in the funeral and cemetery profession with an understanding of both sales and operations management Business acumen and problem-solving/analysis experience Leadership and management experience coaching, developing, and leading a team Ability to obtain Cemetery Manager and Cemetery Broker Licenses in California Compensation Base Salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year Lucrative Quarterly Bonus Potential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Matching We are an equal-opportunity employer.
