ResponsibilitiesAs a Managing Senior Partner, you will be expected to recruit, train, and develop the sales teams in your territory using our proven sales system.
You will run weekly sales meetings and lead from the front as a player-coach.
You will work closely with the installation and services team to ensure our customers get the highest level of service.
You will report to the Regional Executive Partner and have direct interaction with the company's leadership.
CompensationThe income opportunity for an MSP for the first year is$180,000+. We offer a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, PTO, and full benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision).
