The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal contracts, especially in the aerospace industry.
This position requires a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.Responsibilities:Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Conduct audits and ensure compliance with AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001 certifications.Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement efficient accounting processes.Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive company information.Support federal contract management and reporting requirements.Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Experience working with federal contracts, particularly in the aerospace industry.Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.Experience with SAP systems.Certification such as CPA or CMA.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:Bachelor??
