Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Associate Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Neenah, WI As a Manufacturing Associate , you will be:
· Must be able to read and interpret schematics and routines to deliver parts and materials to our customers per their specifications. This will include measuring stock raw material and cutting to the appropriate size.
· Must be able to operate an overhead crane to safely load and unload parts onto equipment.
· Safely operate a horizontal band saw, table saw, and Miter saw.
· Prep crates and skids for shipping and receiving.
· Pack assemblies, parts, and materials for shipping.
· Safely operate painting equipment.
· Safely operate sand blasting equipment.
The ideal candidate will have :
· Ability to safely operate Band Saws, Miter Saws, Table Saws, Painting equipment & Sand Blasting equipment.
· Safety-first mindset. Follow established safety procedures. Participate in the identification and elimination of hazards in the workplace. Properly use and care for PPE. Maintain housekeeping standards in your work area.
· Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and flow to the work as needed.
