This is a combined role providing variety in tasks, ideal for an individual eager to make an impact and learn from experienced industry professionals. Duties Interface with customers, primarily via email. Prepare quotations for customers. Coordinate with various departments to handle customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor daily production and shipments, managing customer changes, communicating with the production floor on priorities. Utilize ERP system to process orders, track shipments, and maintain customer records. Attend production meetings and provide input on sales trends and forecasts. Other duties and projects that arise that are aligned with skill set and experience. Qualifications: Work authorization in the United States (required). 3 years in manufacturing setting. Demonstrated career progression showing increasing levels of responsibility. Strong mathematical skills for managing inventory and processing orders accurately, as well as understanding tolerances. Experience in sales and/or customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with customers as well as manufacturing personnel. Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and software. Experience using an ERP system for order processing and inventory management. Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours) in office, in Nashua, NH. Exempt.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Alternating Fridays 8:00am - 4:00pm / Off.
