Job Description: Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures within Sales Operations. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May report to an executive or a manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities: Daily responsibilities include quote and RMA creation in SAP, review and update sales order configurations. Additional responsibilities include review and retire gating items ("holds") prior to sales order shipments. Daily action items will require working with cross functional teams, finance, sales, and engineering. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and directs the work of others.
Experience: Proven work experience in a sales Operations or similar role. Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team. Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process. Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting. Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred. Business acumen. Organizational skills. Pipeline management.
Skills: SAP or similar CRM experience (preferred). Excel Expertise (preferred).
Education: Associate or relevant work experience.
